Christian Heller (Former client and supervisor)
worked directly with Robin

"I have had the pleasure of working with Robin for about 7.5 years as her direct supervisor at AACE International and later for 2.5 years in her position as an independent contractor for AACE.

Robin was in charge of our entire website (www.aacei.org) as well as administrator of our association management system(s). She also provided IT support and performed graphic design work.

Robin is one of the most effective and productive people I have ever worked with. Given any assignment she would turn it around in a very short amount of time. She never stayed idle while at work, always volunteering to assist others if needed, or seeking out areas for improvement on her own accord.

Robin is a true team player with a wonderful demeanor and very pleasant to work with.

I will not go into her specific technical skill areas, but while with AACE, Robin proved herself to be adaptive and a very fast learner.

She will be an asset to any company or organization, and I recommend her wholeheartedly."

Top qualities: Great Results, High Integrity, Creative
“Robin provided not one but three designs for a unique website within a very short time frame. Frank Leibsly Senior Requirements Analyst, SAIC (Former colleague)
worked directly with Robin

“My position as a Use Case Analyst required that I work directly with the software engineers and designers on the Reserve Component Automated System (RCAS). Although all of the engineers were outstanding, only one stood out as the best, Robin Donley. Robin was the "go to" person among her peers. We were fortunate to have her on our project as it was the most complicated (Military Mobilization software). I strongly endorse Robin and will provide more detailed recommendations upon request.”   - December 3, 2007

Bryant Davis (Former supervisor)
worked directly with Robin

"Robin Donley worked under my supervision from September 2000 until February 2003. She started her career in our company as a GUI Analyst. After only a few short months, she began working as the Lead GUI Analyst and Graphical Designer for phases I and II on the Mobilization Planning Data Viewer (MPDV) application as part of the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS) project.

She led the other GUI analysts through all phases of development. Her work during the System Analysis, Requirements and Design phases were exceptional. It is through her work with the users during the Government Subject Matter Expert (GSME) Workshops that the project captured solid requirements. Her work was the foundation on which the team was able to build a product with exceptional quality.

Robin was creative, hardworking and responsible; she shared her knowledge with other team colleagues and mentored junior GUI Analysts. She designed an easy to navigate and user-friendly application that the developers were able to build from.

Overall, Robin is a very conscientious and able employee. I certainly believe she has what it takes to make a wonderful asset to any organization, and I am sad to see her leave. I strongly recommend Robin for any GUI Analyst/Web Designer/GUI Developer type of position.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions."

Richard M. Chladek (Former supervisor)

"This letter is intended to serve as a letter of reference for Ms. Robin A. Donley while she worked for me at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) on the Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS).

During the period from April 2002 through February 2003, Robin served as the Lead Graphical User Interface (GUI) Analyst and Graphical Designer on the Unit Personnel System (UPS)/Command Management System (CMS) project. She did an outstanding job in redesigning and migrating over 80 GUI screens from the existing client-based application to a web-based environment. Robin maintained total control over all of the changes to these screens.

She was also highly instrumental in supporting the migration of the interfacing data elements from the local MS Access environment to an integrated Oracle database environment. She was very responsive and supportive to customer-requested changes to several screens and menus.

Robin was considered one of the top Analysts amongst her peers. She readily helped to guide and coordinate with the other analysts and developers on the Team. Robin was a great technical asset to the UPS/CMS project and to the entire RCAS Program Development Team."

William K. Swab, Jr. (Former supervisor)

"Ms. Donley has worked for our Company for almost six years, serving as my Administrative Assistant. Any job title is too restrictive to fully cover the scope of various task that she very ably and willingly performs. Without trying to lists all of the skills that she performs at a consistently high level of competency, suffice it to say that we have never presented her with a challenge or task that she was not very quickly able to master and understand. Her ability to do this starts with a dedication to excellence, a personal pride in her daily performance of even mundane and repetitive job functions, and a natural curiosity and desire to learn. When combined with an uncanny measure of good old common sense, what you have is a person who would be an asset to any organization. Ms. Donley is driven to be the best she can be, and she is not afraid to work hard to get there. Her intelligence and determination to succeed make it a pleasure to recommend her for consideration by any firm in search of someone who is guaranteed to be a positive addition to their work force." - July 17, 1996

Richard H. Barrett (Former colleague)

"I have known Robin Donley for the past three years and during that time we have developed a good working relationship. Below I have listed brief comments and an assessment of her character and work practices.

Robin is a highly motivated worker. Her attitude and work ethics are better than most I have seen. She is always willing to go the extra mile in completing projects and is concerned that the work is correct and properly executed. She is always willing to take on new and challenging assignments with eagerness. It is of my opinion; Robin will greatly enhance any working environment and add to it's efficiency and morale."
